A pharmaceutical company has been fined £50,000 for supplying fake Viagra tablets for sale in the UK.
The erectile-dysfunction drug made from theERYMENT was purchased by a pharmacy company and is being supplied by an internet site and an online site in the UK.
The company, Merck, was the third in the erectile dysfunction product and was found to be supplying fake drugs on its websites.
The company said: "The internet site www.uk.com/fakes is a legitimate site to get Viagra and they supply the fake Viagra tablets which you can then buy from the website.
"The site is not legitimate and they have a registration with the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) which is not regulated in the UK. Please leave a comment on the post and we will try and find it suitable for you.
